1. Eligibility to Rent

  • The renter must be at least 18 years of age (or as per local legal requirements).

  • A valid driving license and government-issued ID proof are mandatory.

  • Additional verification may be required for certain vehicle categories or rental plans.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment or advance confirmation as communicated.

  • Anubhav Rent a Car reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Rental Duration & Usage

  • The vehicle must be used strictly for legal and personal purposes only.

  • Sub-leasing, racing, or illegal use of the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

  • Any extension of the rental period must be informed and approved in advance.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Rental charges are based on the selected plan and duration.

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

  • Additional costs such as tolls, parking fees, fuel, penalties, or traffic fines are the renter’s responsibility.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made as per the communicated cancellation policy.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the stipulated time period.

  • No refunds will be provided for early returns or unused rental time.

6. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

  • Vehicles are provided in clean, well-maintained condition.

  • The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

  • The renter will be responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse during the rental period.

7. Insurance & Liability

  • Vehicles are covered by standard insurance as per applicable laws.

  • Any damage not covered by insurance, due to negligence or policy violation, will be charged to the renter.

  • Anubhav Rent a Car is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

8. Breakdown & Roadside Assistance

  • In case of a breakdown, renters must immediately inform our support team.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are not allowed without prior approval.

9. Driver Conduct

  • Drivers must follow all traffic rules and regulations.

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

  • Violation of traffic laws may result in termination of the rental agreement without refund.

10. Termination of Service

Anubhav Rent a Car reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without prior notice if:

  • Terms & Conditions are violated

  • False or misleading information is provided

  • The vehicle is misused or damaged intentionally

11. Limitation of Liability

Anubhav Rent a Car shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss caused by third-party actions

12. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
